The unicorn thing. Those too-neon-to-be-true (hence the "unicorn" reference) blues, fuschia pinks and super-purples that seem to be everywhere now in drinks and things - it's been a craze! Are most food dyes that create such colors really consumable? I'm not taking chances. This recipe may not quite create those neon blues, but the "magic" in this Magical Unicorn N-Ice Cream is something truly special that creates glorious purply-pinks and is no threat at all: fruit. Specifically, cherries for the fuschia-pink and blueberries for the super-purple.
This recipe is:

Just using fruit means that making this Unicorn N-Ice Cream is really easy and straightforward. You can even use your food processor! Simply mix partially-thawed frozen bananas and cherries in one batch, bananas and blueberries in another, and then mix the two. That's it!
Magical Unicorn N-Ice Cream can be eaten right away as soft-serve.
Or place it in a freezer-safe container, stick it in the freezer, and enjoy scoops. Actually, it's so yummy, I think you should have a little soft-serve before putting it in the freezer.
This "nice cream" is so cute for a Magical Unicorn party! You can even add a "horn" by rolling a piece of banana in rainbow sprinkles. Don't worry, these sprinkles are colored with vegetables. Really!
