How about a stress-free Thanksgiving? Sure, you could make a beautiful Shepherdless Pie that takes up to two hours to prep and three hours to cook, and it would be totally worth it and delicious. But if your speed this year is more "quick & easy," then you're in the right place. I love brussels sprouts, but there are no recipes with brussels sprouts on this Stress-Free list because at times I've spent a half hour + cleaning them. Not exactly stress-free.
